Throughout her career, she has worked with several renowned organizations, gaining expertise and refining her skills in various aspects of business leadership.
Driven by a deep passion for education and empowering women, Poonam founded Gingle Kidz Preschool in 2018, aiming to provide innovative, accessible, and affordable education to children across India. Under her guidance, Gingle Kidz has become a leading institution in early childhood education, focusing on holistic child development through modern teaching methodologies. This approach ensures that children excel academically while also growing emotionally, socially, and creatively.
Building on her success with Gingle Kidz, Poonam established Gingle Educare Pvt. Ltd. to offer end-to-end educational solutions and professional development opportunities for educators. Her mission is to create transformative learning environments that foster both the growth of young minds and the professional advancement of educators. As an advocate for women’s empowerment, Poonam actively promotes leadership opportunities for women in education, helping them to take on significant roles and contribute to societal progress.
